- MAY I ENTER WITH FOOD AND DRINKS BROUGHT FROM OUTSIDE?
It is forbidden to enter the park with food and drinks brought from outside, with the exception of food for babies. It is allowed to leave the facility and have lunch outside in the picnic area but with limited unregulated places. It is not allowed to have lunch or picnics in common areas that are not equipped and not used for this purpose (avenues, streets, walls, arcades, etc.).
- HOW DO YOU GET ACCESS TO PARCO DELLE QUERCE?
For access it is necessary to pay a 24hr entrance ticket and purchase a station by choosing it from the 157 available within the park.
- HOW MANY PITCHES ARE AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS?
There are 157 pitches divided into 6 price ranges (divided into low and high season).
- HOW ARE THE PRICE RANGES ESTABLISHED?
The price ranges are linked to the position within the Park and to the type of location (yellow: 2 × 2 meter gazebo with covering curtains also on the sides, green: double beds with parasol and central drink holder, blue: umbrella with 2 large deckchairs, orange: double sunbed joined with movable parasol, red and gray: umbrella with 2 standard deckchairs).
- HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN A PITCH ACCOMMODATE?
Each pitch can accommodate up to 4 people.
- DO CHILDREN PAY?
The reduced ticket is intended only for people with a height between 105 and 140 cm. Besides they pay the full price. Children under 105 cm in height enter for free.
- HOW MUCH DO THE DISABLED PAY? AND THEIR CARERS?
Disabled people enter with a reduced ticket as well as their carers.
- HOW ARE THE SEASONALITY OF THE PRICES DIVIDED?
The prices of the pitches are divided into low and high season. Ticket prices are divided in three seasons: low season (Monday-Friday). Mid season (on Saturdays). High season (every Sunday). The period from 08 to 22 August is considered HIGH SEASON.
- CAN I BUY ENTRANCE PACKAGES OR SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Subscriptions can be taken out until 01 August 2021. Weekend packages (Friday-Sunday) and weekly packages (Monday to Sunday) are available. It is not possible to take out partial subsriptions or only for Saturdays and Sundays. Obviously it is also possible to book more days but paying them at full price.
- DO I HAVE TO BOOK TO ACCESS THE PARK?
For access and to choose the desired place, it is strongly recommended to book through cocobuk or from the website www.parcodellequerce.it, water park section. Booking implies total acceptance of the Park rules. In any case, it is possible to buy the ticket directly at the box office but by choosing from pitches available at that moment with the risk of queues or not finding free places.
- HOW DO YOU ACCESS THE PARK AFTER CHECK-IN?
At the entrance, everybody receives a colored bracelet according to the sector purchased which opens the electronic turnstiles. The bracelet has a deposit of 2.00 euros which is returned at the exit. To exit you have to go through the turnstiles with the bracelet (anti-passback).
- CAN I PURCHASE SERVICES INSIDE THE PARK?
Inside the park there are bars, restaurants, cafeterias and gadget shops, but cash is not accepted. For purchases, the bracelet must be loaded with a sum of money useful for purchasing food, drinks and gadgets within the structure.
- IF THE BRACELET CONTAINS UNSPENT MONEY IS THIS RETURNED?
The unspent money will be returned at the end of the day when the bracelet is returned. Unclaimed money can be used until the end of the season and on a subsequent visit. The Bracelet does not contain money because the credit is linked to the physical person who recharged it.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE THE BRACELET?
The lost or broken bracelet must be replaced at a cost of 2.00 euros. The new bracelet will contain the remaining credit and will have a new deposit of 2.00 euros.
- CAN I USE THE ATTRACTIONS ALL DAY?
The attractions are open from 09.30 to 17.30 with a technical break from 12.30 to 14. The pools are always open.
- CAN I HAVE LUNCH INSIDE THE PARK?
Yes, you can, using the bracelet. Inside the Park there is a Self Service restaurant,as well as a bar that offers a waiter service. The restaurant offers every day a menu with different main and second courses. The menu is shown on the notice boards of the self-service restaurant.
- CAN I VIEW THE PRICE LIST OF THE PARK (BAR, GADGET, ETC …
Inside the Park, through a QR-Code, you can view the price list and choose drinks, snacks and ice cream. The daily menu of the self-service restaurant is not displayed on the QR-Code.
- CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER OR OTHER IMPEDIMENTS?
The reimbursement is not provided in any case.
